Navigating your dream of joining the Merchant Navy into reality
Cracking the IMU-CET is only half the battle. Securing a sponsorship from a DG Shipping-approved shipping company is what guarantees your seat on board. At IMUCET Academy, we bridge the gap between academic preparation and the standards the maritime industry sets for entry.
Our goal isn't just to help you clear an exam. We prepare you for top shipping-company sponsorships and a successful career at sea.
- Ex-Merchant Navy officers as mentors
- Dual-track prep for IMU-CET and sponsorship
- Psychometric test and interview mastery
- Complete medical and eye fitness screening
What makes us different
Most coaching stops at the entrance exam. We stay with you through the sponsorship tests, the interviews and the medical, because that's what decides whether you sail.
Ex-Merchant Navy mentors
Learn from experienced ex-Merchant Navy officers who understand the practical challenges and real-world demands of life at sea.
Sponsorship focus
Complete guidance and mock interviews to help you secure a sponsorship from a leading shipping company.
Smart mock tests
100+ mock tests built on the IMU-CET patterns of the past 5+ years, to sharpen your speed, accuracy and time management.
Personal and medical guidance
One-to-one advice and pre-screening for DG Shipping's medical and eyesight standards, so you know you qualify before you apply.
